For all service packages, we request that funds reach the Wonder Assist account before commencement of work. You will receive confirmation of receipt, along with the start and end date of your services.

Refunds will not be given for unused hours on prepaid plans.  However, for extenuating circumstances an agreement could be made on a case by case basis.
