New Clients - 1 Month Trial
As a new client, we understand that it is not always easy to determine your administrative needs and usage levels. There could also be a learning curve when working with a new business partner.
Therefore, we offer a one-time introductory period (valid for 30 consecutive business days) with a discounted hourly rate.
If you are already aware of the amount of hours you would like, please amend the quantity in your shopping cart. If not, that's fine, we can discuss it during our discovery session and we will invoice you accordingly.
ADDITIONAL INFO
Do you need more hours? No problem! You still have the option and flexibilty of adding additional hours when needed (subject to availability), which will be invoiced seperately.
For all service packages, we request that funds reach the Wonder Assist account before commencement of work. You will receive confirmation of receipt, along with the start and end date of your services.

REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the work performed by Wonder Assist, refunds will not be given for hours already worked. However, an agreement could be made on a case by case basis for the remaining hours.
Please note that this policy is ONLY related to the trial period (valid for 30 consecutive business days). At all other times, normal Terms and Conditions apply.
